4K Apple Carplay Screen for Car with Dash Cam

Really upgrade my old car. All functions work surprisingly smooth. Bluetooth also connect well w my car stereo and handfree phone function. I like the rotatable cam. The mounting arm suction cup is really strong.

The media could not be loaded. Great device easy to install size is perfect. The operating system is smooth works with both Android and airplay cameras are very clear front and back receive text and phone calls in real time talk to text feature is a plus the only thing that can be better is the casting feature it does work but could be a little bit better but overall a 9.5 out of 10 I would recommend this purchase and thank you to the seller

I wish I had known about this before I purchased a $300 radio for my other car! This beats it hands down 100%!!! This Multimedia Car Player is fantastic! I have an iPhone and the “Car Play” feature is great! Never drops out or lose connection with my phone and everyone can hear me clearly as well! All of the different ways to connect are great too! It was easy to connect and had everything to do that with ease. Plenty of wire to reach anywhere! And the mounts are spot on too no matter where you want to put it!Support is fabulous as well! I had read in other reviews about the front camera time being off from the current time but doubt there is a firmware update that resolves that so I contacted support from the email address provided in the manual and they sent me the firmware update pronto! It was pretty simple to install but if you don’t know your way around a computer then they can send you the chip and you can just plug it in where the micro SD card goes and do it that way. It just takes longer to get the chip if they have to ship it to you. Support was very prompt, kind, knowledgeable and attentive to all of my questions. I wish some other companies would take lessons from them. Lol… Kudos to tech support!I plan to post a video here soon and explain more about the product but I don’t believe you will be disappointed at all with this little jewel I know I’m not. I am delighted with it! 😁👍🏻

For the most part, it works and records like it’s supposed to. Only issue, that started happening like two weeks after use, is that it would randomly restart itself and when it cuts back on, it won’t even record anything. When it does that, you have to unplug it and then plug it back in. The video quality is okay. The adhesives that comes with it aren’t any good at all. The wireless connections works pretty well. I wouldn’t have this as your main source for a dashcam, but it’s a good CarPlay screen.

I had very high hopes for this unit. I wanted to replace an older unit that I was using in my car, but this one was advertised with more and better features. So I bought it.Upon receiving it, I was very glad that this unit has a different way of mounting it on my dashboard, which is exactly what I needed, a way to mount it flat on my dashboard.The rotating camera is also a nice feature, and it seems to be of decent quality.That's about all good i can say about this unit. Now to the rest.The screen colors are very washed out and dull, unlike the older unit i was replacing, on this unit, the screen brightness sensor doesn't work; you set it to auto, and the screen brightness doesn't change. In order to increase the screen brightness, I have to set it to manual, and turn it up all the way to the maximum level which is 100, and still like that, the screen is not very bright, and again, the colors are very pale and not vibrant at all.Connectivity is an issue, and doesn't have to do with phone compatibility, as I tested it with 3 different phones, and with all three it behaves the same way. If you connect it for Android Auto, you must always use the option of Audio and Phone calls on your phone's bluetooth connection for this screen, unlike the other unit i was replacing, which allowed me to use the screen just for maps and navigation, and set the call and audio features to off on the bluetooth' phone menu, this one must always be used for calls and audio in order for it to connect and show the maps.If you turn the audio and call features off, the unit won't connect to your phone the next time you turn on your car. And you will have to clear all connections, and pair this screen to the phone again.About the audio, if you connect the supplied 3.5mm audio cable to this screen, you do get sound from your phone through you car's speakers, but you also get sound from the screen's built in speakers, so if you're listening to some music, you get this distorted sound because your car speakers sound good, but the unit's smaller speakers sound awful, and it distort the sound in your car. It should be that if you connect the 3.5mm output on this unit, it would disable the unit's internal speakers, to allow the sound to just output through the 3.5mm sound output.Another thing that doesn't work well, is the settings on Android Auto, if you set Android Auto to switch between night and day mode automatically, it doesn't work, the screen always stays in day mode.The software on this unit is very buggy, and the functions don't work well as they should. And the screen quality is very bad, not bright and not vibrant at all. I regret having purchased this screen to replace another unit like this one but older, which really worked well, and all the functions mentioned above worked without any bugs, with instant connection to my phone every time, with or without the Call and Audio settings disabled on my phone's Bluetooth.For reference, my phone is a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, and my wife's phone is an Iphone 16 Pro Max, my son's phone is a google pixel. And all of them have the same issues with this unit.

highly recommend this for the honda element (or any vehicle) mounted on your dash in front of steering wheel. completely modernizes a 20+ year old SUV. both cameras work seamlessly when installed properly and is very easy to install. the location I chose to mount this might seem like it would obstruct your view driving but honestly fits perfectly without being a distraction and allows you to use google maps more efficiently with an easier glance than most center located infotainment screens. there are other brands out there that cost more but look and feel cheaper. I really like the fact that this one is square and thinner which gives it a much more modern look and feel. feels like this is something that came stock with the vehicle design enough to the point where I do not feel the need to upgrade my head unit since this is all my honda element really needed. I would recommend this for anyone looking for apple CarPlay to add to their own car
