Digestive issue
It's fine and I can see reduction in hair fall. But when I use these gummies , I don't feel hunger and kinda undigested feeling. So I stopped to taking these gummies on daily basis. In addition, I would suggest to include high fiber foods in ur diet to avoid constipation (Side effect of Biotin).
