Quality product
Have not yet opened as a gift, managed to purchase at discount so the product was cheaper than buying items seperate. Neals Yard is a quality product and the body oils and bath product are amazing

Pain experienced after using
The first time I’ve put some of this balm on my lower back - I woke up with excruciating pain on my lower back. I ended up going to labour ward triage. Doctor didn’t know why. Last night I gave it a second go and put it on my bump - woke up just now again with excruciating pain on my bump! I wiped the product off and jumped in the shower and washed any residue off. And the pain was gone as soon as I wiped my bump! The pain was like contractions.
