Passed The Purity Test!
We’ve learned that most store bought olive oils are not really pure olive oils ,but actually mixed with some seed oils.The way to find out is if you refrigerate the olive oil in a clean glass jar with a lid for 24 hours in the refrigerator,the olive oil should solidify if it’s 100% pure olive oil.If it remains liquidity,it’s been mixed with other oils.The video we viewed showed that the Fillipo Bertie brand was one that passed the refrigerator test.That’s the reason we bought it on Amazon.It’s not easy to find in the local supermarkets.
