Everything works great so far. My old iron was a basic Weller, so this is a really nice upgrade for me. I don't solder very often, so I can't justify buying a dedicated soldering station.The iron heats up super quick. Just a few seconds versus several minutes with my old iron.It's comfortable hold and work with. The grip is fairly close to the tip of the iron, so it's not nearly as fiddly to work with as basic irons.The included USB power supply has worked perfectly. The USB cable is a nice silicone one, so it's not stiff at all. You're not fighting it and it doesn't get in the way.All of the included tips worked well in my testing. I really like that it came with a decent assortment.The included storage case is really nice. I only wish it had room for the power supply as well.I didn't care for the animation where the numbers rolled over when heating up, but if you update the firmware there's an option to disable that.Overall, very happy with the purchase and would definitely buy it again.

As someone pretty new to soldering, I found the FNIRSI HS-02A to be a great entry-level tool. It heats up quickly, and the digital display makes it easy to see and adjust the temperature. The three pre-set temperature settings are a lifesaver—I didn’t have to constantly guess what temperature I should be using for different projects.The iron is lightweight and feels comfortable to hold, which helped a lot with my control as I practiced. It also comes with several tips, which made experimenting with different types of joints and tasks easy.The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the instruction manual could be a little more beginner-friendly. I had to look up a few things online to understand how to set the presets and change tips properly. Once I figured it out, though, everything worked smoothly.Highly recommended if you’re just getting into electronics repair or DIY soldering!

Had to set voltage to 12v for it to work in North America using the 100w adapter provided. Once I figured that out, worked very well! Gets hot extremely fast!

Love it.I do a lot of soldering for work on M boards little parts and resistors, so far works good gets hot fast and very easy to use

I was hesitant to purchase this soldering iron due to the high price and unknown (to me) brand, as I would only ever use it occasionally. Received the product on June 4th, 2025. Used for a small project for less than an hour. Worked great. I was surprised at how quickly it heated up. I went to use it again for another small project on August 26th, 2025. Plugged it into the included 100w PD power brick and USB-C cable, the display lit up for a split second, then went off. It would not power up no matter what troubleshooting procedures I tried. I tried with various other power bricks and USB-C cables. No signs of life. I suspect an blown internal fuse.Now it's well past the Amazon return window. I can't recommend purchasing this product if it only works once. Your mileage may vary.I will update this review if Amazon or the manufacturer provides any resolution.

This thing was awesome for the first three times I used it. It heats crazy fast and works like a charm, and packs easily into a go-bag toolkit. It comes with multiple tips and all the accessories you need for basic home/auto/RV/boat repair (USB-C wall wart, 100W cable, even a tiny stand with sponge). However, on the fourth use, I stumbled on a system menu and got curious like the proverbial cat at the firmware upgrade option. Once you select that, the device is indefinitely bricked unless you can succeed at installing firmware. Or, you have to wait several excruciating minutes for the system to give up and return to normal operation.

Coming from a Pinecil (which I loved), this is an improvement in every way. It's more comfortable due to the larger diameter of the handle. The tips change out w/o the need of tools. It heats up quickly and maintains it's heat well. The display is large and easy to read. I also like the little animation when it's heating up.. it just looks cool. It retains the things I like about the Pinecil - it's portable and can be powered from a usb-c PD battery pack. The silicone usb-c cable is nice and flexible also.
