Just installed this wall-hung toilet in my tiny bathroom and it's been quite the space-saver. The concealed tank is a game-changer, gives the whole room a more open feel. That rimless bowl design is pretty slick, makes cleaning a breeze compared to my old toilet. The dual flush is powerful, no more double flushing even for, uh, bigger jobs. Being able to adjust the height was nice, got it just right for comfort. Now for the slightly less smooth flushes - while it looks great, installation was a bit of a nightmare. Definitely needed professional help to get it set up right. The flush buttons are stylish but can be a bit finicky, sometimes need an extra firm press. It's super quiet but you might miss that classic toilet sound for, ahem, privacy reasons. The seat is comfy but feels less sturdy than a traditional toilet, might take some getting used to. If you're looking to modernize your bathroom or just want to maximize space in a small powder room, this wall-hung toilet could be worth the plunge. It's definitely made my tiny bathroom feel more spacious, even if the installation process was a bit of a headache. Great for contemporary homes or anyone doing a full bathroom reno. While it might not be a simple swap-out for your old toilet, it's certainly upped my bathroom's style factor. This is a great product that works great in our small bathroom..... we would buy again!

Purchased this October of last year to remodel my bathroom. I have had several problems with it. Now I think the flush valve is leaking..well good luck finding the part. I have tried the Eridanus website and they don't have the part listed, reached out to customer support (email only BTW) and they didn't reply back. Highly recommend going with a company like TOTO or another well known brand that has a phone number listed. If I cant find the part I might have to rip the entire thing out of the wall and get a different one. I gave one star because I can't do a half-star.

Had to replace tank! Contractors had to replace the tank after installing it inside the wall. I guess it was leaking. Probably happened during shipment.. but initially installed looked great very space saving

Customer service has been amazing. We had a delay in our construction project, so after several months we finally installed the toilet. Amazingly, the customer service has been very responsive and supportive. My contractor installed a piece incorrectly, and they're sending a replacement. If you think customer service is dead in this digital and corporate world, it's not with Eridanus. I've rarely had such great customer service. I would buy from them any day of the week. The toilet is good materials but the ballcock is not american standard 7/8, you could use 1/2 hose instead.

En mi opinión, podrá ser muy estetica mente ,elegante,muy bonito etc etc, pero no lo recomiendo, lo compre y ahora es un fastidio asqueroso porque cuando se descarga salpica agua por muy suave que se aga la descarga , ahora no lo quiero me toca aguantarme porq la instalación es complicada y eso significa romper destruir la losa, no lo compren todo su modelo deben de ser iguales
