Tim Hortons Rocky Mountain Sunrise
I am a longtime fan of Hortons Original Blend: it makes a great cup of coffee at a relatively low cost for a bag. It's the next best thing to heading up north and stopping in a Tim Hortons for a cup. The Rocky Mountain Sunrise is also excellent. I use either Aeropress or a Hario V60 pourover. The result is smooth with a pleasant taste and full body. I haven't tested them side-by-side to see if I can pick out differences. I feel like Original Blend is already at a pretty good roast level with no bitterness. Rocky Mountain seems to be a bit lighter of a roast which is even a bit better. I usually buy Original Blend in whole bean; it would be cool if they offered Rocky Mountain in whole bean too.

My New Every Day Coffee
This is a major difference in my every morning coffee. Found this from a world renowned barista suggested it in a blind taste test. My local stores do not carry it so I was very happy to find it on Amazon. I do not care for flavored coffees but I have now tried all of their roasts. I even buy the K-cups to take to work. Really well balanced full body flavor and low acidity.

Tim Hortons quality but
If your tastes trend towards medium roasted coffee this Rocky Mountain Sunrise light roast will be a disappointment. If you’re looking for a change of flavor or a milder roast profile this may be for you. I am a medium roast coffee drinker and this is definitely different to my taste buds for a coffee. It is smooth, has a good aroma but lacks a full coffee flavor that I’m used to. I guess it would be similar to someone drinking micro brew beer and then trying a lite beer.
