Substandard quality and non existent after sale service
After receiving a substandard product that did not meet the promised standards, I reached out to request repairs or a resolution for the non functional part. Unfortunately, they outright refused to take responsibility for the issue, showing a complete lack of professionalism and customer care. It is unacceptable for a vendor to deliver poor-quality goods and then refuse to address the problem. I would strongly advise others to think twice before engaging with this vendor, as their after-sales service is nonexistent. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.🔥

All wrong - very disappointed
Arrived in wrong color (ordered white, got in black). Quality not so good.Can’t change cause I have a small window of time for permits of move in and use. Installation was paid for and the service never delivered so also an extra expense down the drain….
