Quality looks good to me. The price is also quiet reasonable. Packaging is perfect. It doesn't taste much before you gulp it. I take one tab 10 mins after 2 meals per day. So 2 pills each day. The content is the 40:1 ratio of vitamin which is an effective proportion.
