The gun was good, but no product support provided by gomechanic or lifelong, mailed and called so many times. But no response at all. This product needs to be delisted due to fake promises of 1 yr warranty/guarantee. I will just dig a grave and RIP to this poor machine.

It has ample pressure for car washes. Battery lasts for 2 cycles of Car wash. Best part is there is 1 year warranty unlike the many non-branded stuff being sold. Also I felt the pressure is much better than some local ones my neighbors were using. Go for it. Reducing 1 star for relatively low battery backup and no % or low battery indicator in battery. It would just slow down and work intermittently so you ll have to guess battery is low. could stop middle of your car wash. Wish they provide a second battery or atleast sell a battery.

Writing this review after 5 months of usage. The product is dead. Battery seems fine but the gun isn't working. Even during 5 months of bi-weekly usage, the battery used to last for 15 mins. Product Quality is sub-par, but the pressure is decent. Expected it to last atleast 1 or 2 years. No way to claim warranty. The customer care(longlifeindiaonline.com) is not picking call not responding to emails

The product is of satisfactory quality as far as material is concerned according to its cost. It came with two batteries of which one was not working- Neither getting charged nor connecting properly to machine.

Product doesn’t have customer support and incase of any defect you may not be able to reach out the manufacturer or even via Amazon customer support. Stopped working in 10 months and not recommended for longer usage. Consider this product as a use and throw product.
