Sadly been looking forward to receiving this and although it was packaged in plastic the lid is cracked the looks like the product has been opened as it has spilled. Not yet been able to use the product so cannot rate but hope to receive a replacement so I can try it!!

Item is damaged and dirty. Delivery was fast but the item should be in good condition, that's what I expect when I order a product.

Why is it like that ? I thought it is supposed to be hard and thick but why is it pure liquid oil inside ?
