This Beanewone Tubeless Sealant Injector (150ml) is a solid little kit that has everything you need to get the job done; well, everything except the sealant, rim tape, and valves. The injector works perfectly for quick and clean tubeless setups as long as you know what sealant you’re working with. Here’s the deal: I use SILCA sealant on my S-Works Venge, and this injector wants nothing to do with it. The opening just isn’t big enough for SILCA’s chunky fiberglass formula—it clogs up faster than a Florida canal after a storm. I ended up pouring it straight in the tire from the injector, which actually gave me even more confidence in how solid that sealant is. On the flip side, I use Stan’s sealant on my SL8 Tarmac and it flows through this injector perfectly, no mess, no drama. So, if you’re running a thinner sealant, this kit’s fantastic. Bottom line: great tool, great value, just make sure your sealant plays nice with it.

Great product. Bought this over others because of the 150ml volume, and price. Even the expensive blue bike tools version only holds 100ml. The tip is metal as shown in the pics, not plastic like some other reviewers have shown. Maybe the plastic was an old version. Well built with the screw on hose connector and includes replacement seals and hose. Super easy to use and clean. Not a drop spilled and no need to unseat the tire bead. Love it when a product is everything I wanted.

Excellent tool easy to use and clean

I went with the least expensive option. I just used it today to refill my tires. I had to clean out my old sealant (I waited way too long), so I broke the bead on one side. I left a tire lever in the bead to hold it open while using this injector to measure and... inject the sealant into the small gap that the lever created. Previously, I would struggle to get the sealant into the small gap - after measuring the amount of sealant needed in another vessel. This worked so much easier. It was easy to clean afterward, too. I would buy it again if I found myself without it.

Works great for sealant injection

So much better than the smaller Stan's syringes that thread onto valve stem! The tube makes life a lot easier, there's zero spilling and they'll get into tubulars as well. I was one of the original Stan's dealers in CO & have de-tubed thousands of tires, this is my go-to syringe for the last 8 months as it's the best solution I've found so far. Totally worth it. Can also be used for brake bleeds, the syringe is a quality unit.

This makes it SO EASY to fill or re-fill your tires with sealant. Plenty of volume for the largest of tires (although to be fair I don't have a fat bike, so those might require more than one "shot" to get enough sealant in them. Quality of this is very good. It's easy to take apart and clean. There appears to be some grease installed on the seal of the plunger. I'm assuming this is just to make it slide easier. Maybe you might need to add more grease later?
