Absolutely hate it when sellers do this. When the number of negative reviews rises due to bad product reliability, and poor after-sales customer support, the seller stops selling the item. And we the customers will have to suffer the brunt of having a useless, and expensive paperweight. Totally irresponsible. When this worked, it worked well. Battery life seemed decent, vibration was good, it was comfortable especially when using over a fabric. But then it stopped working. The product stopped heating up. There is not much of troubleshooting you can do because it is just 3 buttons with no other function, unless you are technically capable of opening up the product and checking what went wrong. And that's where the company failed. You won't be able to get to them for support, and they won't get back to you to help you out. So in short? Money wasted.
