I have used this deep fryer about 3 times since I got it this week. I put it through it's paces. The first thing I fixed was pre breaded chicken strips, they turned out perfect as well did the French fries. I checked the Temperature of the oil with a Thermometer and it was right on. Second thing I did was drain the oil out, it was so simple. Cleaning the oil tank was a breeze because there wasn't a heating tube in the way. It kind of freaked me out when I turned it on and the fan kicked in because of the induction cooking. It does take a little longer to heat up but its worth it. But to me this thing get a score of 100. I love it.

I had high hopes for this fryer, especially with its promise of induction heating. Unfortunately, it completely let me down. Heating Issues, it takes far too long to reach it's set temperature. As soon as I added a small batch of fries, the temperature dropped to around 320F from 374, and struggles to bounce back. I assumed induction heating meant faster, more consistent performance, that wasn't the case at all. Bottom line, Don't waste your money. If consistent heat at fast performance mater to you, look elsewhere, you'll likely be just as disappointed as I was.

As others have written works ok just takes awhile to heat up and then looses temp easily.

what i really like is that it is induction which keeps the heating elements out of the oil. the oil stays hotter and whoooaaaaa.. crispy wings. perfect. i had a question and support was really responsive. this is a product that is done right. easily recommend.

Great fryer. Easy to clean.

It did what needed to be done.
