Excellent produit 3 jours que je l'ai mis en fermentation et déjà une fille...je dois filtrer ce soir... kombucha en très bonne santé !! La première boisson est bonne .

Lo scoby è arrivato rotto in più parti ,ho contattato il venditore che mi ha rassicurato che la fermentazione sarebbe partita ugualmente .Bene non ha fermentato nulla avviato la procedura di reso vediamo cosa mi risponde il venditore

Celui que j'ai reçu est beaucoup moins épais que sur la photo. Un petit rectangle d'à peine 8X12 cm environ. Du coup j'étais un peu déçu. A voir s'il sera assez résistant. Pour l'instant j'attends encore le résultat de la fermentation......

Un magnifique scoby, d'une assez bonne épaisseur. J'ai même pu le couper en deux pour pouvoir fermenter deux jares différentes ! Résultat : un kombucha de thé noire aussi bien que vert délicieux...
