I bought this 3L humidifier expecting reliable performance, but after a short time of use, the red light started blinking, and it stopped working. I tried refilling the water tank, cleaning the unit, and even resetting it, but nothing worked. The manual doesn’t provide clear troubleshooting steps, and I couldn’t find any proper support from the seller.For the price, I expected better durability and customer service. If this is a common issue, the manufacturer should address it. Not happy with this purchase.

The capacity writing 3L, but when I received it. It's very small, totally not 3L as mentions.

i really hoped it would atleast work for a good amount of time sadly stopped working after few days of purchase, less than a week?! don’t recommend
