I waited a couple months to post a review just in case something stopped working. This instant coffee machine with over ice capabilities has exceeded my expectations. I normally always use keurig specific brands but thought I would give this one a try and assess the quality of it. I never have grounds in my coffee, it heats within seconds. You can control the ounces and coffee strength, as well as capsule, ground, and over ice options. All the pieces come out and are dishwasher safe so cleaning is a breeze. The coffee tastes amazing and smells even better. This is a high quality product.

We had an issue with it not functioning when we first turned it on. I emailed the manufacturer and they replied quickly and gave me a solution to try. It worked perfectly and is a good product that heats fast. Just remember to use the right cup for pods.

I love this coffee maker. It is the perfect size for a small kitchen and it has all the features you could want. The water tank is a great plus. There has never been an issue with it leaking. The only issue I have found is when you unplug it it will sputter & turn off the next time you use it. I definitely wouldn't pay $80 for it. Wait until it goes on sell then purchase it.

This is my first non Keruig pod coffee machine. I must say, I am extremely happy with my purchase. Easy set up, easy to use, brews quickly. I really enjoy the different sizes of brews that are offered and the ability to use a pod or use my own coffee. Would highly recommend. My only con, which is small is the water reservoir is small compactor what I had before. However it isn’t a deal breaker for me.

Small and lightweight. Was expecting higher quality after owning Keurig for many years. This is inexpensive and a much smaller footprint and would be great for college dorm but too small for a family. Worth the cost but has to be restarted often. Remarks after using 3 months: set at 10 oz get 10 of coffee. Set at 12 oz get 10 oz of coffee. When new 12 oz settings filled my cup, but now not even half. Not as hot as it should be. Adequate for an inexpensive maker but would not buy again. If you drink a lot of coffee reconsider buying. Would spend twice as much for Keurig.

My family loves our machine. No problems with using it. I broke the pod assembly and customer service was quick to respond to my email with the link to the correct item on Amazon. Before I could be frustrated they let me know it will be restocked soon. Thank you!

Update: I bought this coffee maker last month and have used it every day, multiple times a day. I have used K cup pods successfully. (great value brand) I cannot testify about premium brands that usually are only usable in a Keurig machine. I have used ground coffee and tea leaves in the reusable basket. The tea has been both hot and iced. It has not failed me yet and it produces excellent tasting coffee and tea. I am particular. Getting to know your machine is trail and error no matter what brand it is. I have a Ninja sitting right beside it for when I choose to make a whole pot of coffee. It has only been used once or twice since I bought this one. I am updating the stars to 5 as I believe it is well worth it. ================================ Previously: Okay, I just got this coffee maker. Testing it out with water running through into a measuring cup comes out pretty close to accurate. It is only slightly above as the grounds would absorb some of the water. First cup of coffee is good. I also tested water over ice. The machine brews a bit slower as it should. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because it actually brews out either 6 or 8 ounces of water. For iceed beverage, it should be half the amount programed. The problem would be an overflow if your cup is too small. I suggest to test with a 16 ounce measuring cup like I did so you know what to expect in your cup or mug. Otherwise, great little machine at an economical cost. I also made a 12 ounce cup of delicious iced tea by placing the tea in the grounds holder, using 6 to 7 ounces of ice, the brewing over ice at the 6 cup setting. Will report back later as to durability.

The first machine I received did not work, but Amazon very quickly sent me another one that did. So I am happy with Amazon. I cannot ding the product more than one star, because I had a much more expensive Keurig that start having problems very quickly as well. The Keurig touchscreenstopped working completely after three years. Well this new machine makes tasty coffee, heats up quickly, and looks modern. I keep the machine in my bedroom, and I like the fact that it has a well designed water reservoir that is low enough that I can refill it over the bathroom sink. The Keurig’s hot water tank was so tall that I had to keep an extra glass nearby to refill it. I also like the fact that this machine does not have a touchscreen which was exactly what failed on the Keurig. Complicated electronics means more failure. I would’ve preferred of this machine at only one size and just one push button because that’s all I really need. I also wish that the extension cord was 3 feet longer because now I need an extension cord just to reach a plug.

- The coffee maker is decent and does take up much counter space when compared to my previous coffee maker. The coffee works with K-cup style coffee pods and so you could just buy any K-cup pod coffee at your local supermarket and this machine will be able to use it. It’s like a 3rd-party Keurig machine. But with this coffee maker, you also have the choice of using your own coffee because it has its own filter. I like that option since I do not want to use the store bought K-cup all the time. Sometimes I like to use my own coffee that is not available in K-cup. This machine also has an Iced coffee setting. Basically, it’s just adjusting the water to a lower temperature and at the same time delivering the coffee in a way that won’t melt the ice faster when compared to Hot setting. I find that it’s best if you use the Iced Coffee mode and only add the ice AFTER. This prevents the ice from getting melted quickly when you leave the ice in the cup during the coffee making process. Or you can put in bigger ice chunks, or even ice balls so it won’t melt quickly. Now if you like milk, I’d suggest getting a milk frother. Not the wand, but the actual frother that’s plugged in. The frother will froth the milk and warm it up as well. Then you’d have yourself a great tasting cup of coffee every morning without breaking the bank. At time of review, I do not know how much this unit cost and so can’t comment on its value. But being a 3rd party and unknown brand (at least to me), I would say it needs to be less than the Keurig machines selling at the local stores in order to have great value.

A very nice machine. Made sturdy. Plenty of room for water to create your drink. Fits k cups, and also had a filtered cup on its own to put whatever you want in. Very easy to understand. The instructions are nice and clear. The first couple uses its best to run some water through it a couple times, and afterwards it’s ready to go. Makes the drinks in good timing, doesn’t take long to heat up if it’s a hot drink. Doesn’t have any sharp needles or anything, so it’s easy to clean without worrying about hurting yourself. It’s a nice size. Narrow and now too tal so it fits in the counter and under cupboards very comfortably. Light weight, easy to move. Has a little cheat sheet on the side so you know what you need per drink. Not hot to the touch when heating up. Water comes out nice and hot, the tea and coffee are mixed well and even. The flavour is as it should be.

It is efficient and fast. Coffee can be strong or medium with a touch of the dial.

The KIDISLE coffee maker is able to make hot coffee as well as iced coffee. You can choose to brew over ice for a cold brew. This machine brews single servings and uses coffee pods (KCUP style). A nice feature is that you can also add coffee grounds to a reusable filter (shaped similar to a pod) which saves money over buying the pre filled pods. The downside of the reusable filter is that it can be messy, and is a bit less convenient than the disposable pods. Personally, I use this style of machine with pods and will use a separate coffee machine when I want to brew coffee grounds. The machine is quick and it is able to brew coffee rapidly, it will be done in under 30 seconds. The machine can automatically turn off after 10 minutes of inactivity in order to conserve energy. You can choose between different sized brews, choosing between 6oz, 8oz, 10oz, 12oz and 14oz cups. The area where you place your cup or mug on this machine is tall enough to support large mugs and even travel mugs and tumblers. The water tank is detachable allowing you to remove it to fill it. I tend to fill my coffee tanks using the water that comes from my refrigerator as it is filtered and I find the coffee tastes better when using filtered water. Being able to detach the tank is a nice feature that I have come to appreciate. The tank has a max line to let you know how much water to add. The water tank can support up to 50oz of water so that you can brew many cups before having to refill it. Although coffee pods can be expensive, if you find yourself going out to buy coffee daily, this could actually save you money and time in the long run. This kind of machine is ideal for making a few cups of coffee when you don't need to brew an entire pot.
