Yes, do actually cut though metal with just a dremel
Just got a small pack to test and yes, these are the equivalent of metal cutting disks for angle grinders. IDK why it took me so long to figure out what I needed to get and search for. Now trying a different brand but 50-pack. Although these are great, if trying to cut thicker metal (1/16" for instance) you do go through them. But I can now get into places I can't with the angle grinder and actually cut the metal (car work). Oh, the hole in the center is small - I assume this is so it will fit a variety of screws. Not really an issue, just sick something in there to widen as needed.

Certainly hold up better than their standard cut off wheel. Good for rough cutting. They won’t shatter. Not ideal for fine type cutting.
