I’ve been using the MelodySusie compact nail dust collector during at-home manicures, and it’s been a useful tool for reducing nail dust while filing and shaping. The suction does a good job of catching most of the dust, especially during light to moderate filing. It helps keep my table cleaner and makes the process feel less messy overall. Very good quality for the price. It works very well but it is pretty loud, so be aware of that. It definitely saves my lungs from all the nail dust!

I love this vacuum and use it every time I e-file my nails to keep my surroundings clean. Always use a mask too though! The filter isn’t very easy to dump out as it seems most of the nail polish dust stays in the crevices, but I guess that’s not that big of a deal. It has 3 suction levels/speeds depending on how much dust or residue you need to collect. My main and only gripe is that I wish the power cord was longer.

Wow! That was a surprise. I’ll be honest a number of things I have purchased of late have not met my expectations. Further truth, I’m a wee bit tight with my Pennie’s so i probably got what I paid for. This little Melodie Susie Nail Dust Collector is awesome. I was totally blown away when I saw the dust and nail pieces it had collected in a partial nail prep of say 15 mins. Today. I dumped it in my bedroom garbage, it reminded me of an early December snow fall. I think if I’d been a bit brighter, more rested I would have dumped it in the outside receptacle. However, I’m having way too much fun to waste time sleeping. I am currently facing down a rat and a corn cob in the game of Spades. I will always wear a mask, because our lungs need all the help we can muster. The one thing I cannot speak to is its endurance. I am the eternal optimist and will let you know how it performs over time. My guess, is that it’s a work horse, hardworking and dependable……..thanks for checking my review……,All the best to you and yours.

I’m just a nail art enthusiast who decided to do my own nails at home. I don’t do anyone else’s nails, so the fan only gets used once a week. Despite not doing nails as an occupation, I have a full nail station set up just like a salon. My nail table has a built-in nail dust fan that doesn’t come close to the results of the MelodySusie nail dust fan! I used the one built into my nail table one time and never again. This nail fan has three speeds and is reasonably quiet. Considerably more quiet than the one built into my table. Even though this fan sits on top of the table, it doesn’t take up much room. It is very lightweight and easy to move around to keep it out of my way. I believe they have replacement filters available but because I use it only for home use, I simply put a facial tissue over the top and throw it away after each use. I’ve been using it for over six months now and it still looks brand new and works as well as it did on the first day. I don’t know how it would hold up to professional use but for a DIY-er only doing my own nails, it is perfect! The price was right in line with several competitors that had unfavorable reviews. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this nail dust fan!

Barely collects any dust

This dust collector has a powerful suction, yet quiet it's more quiet than my drill. It has a decent radius around the top that it collects from so it does a really good job of keeping the dust down wile I do my nails. It's compact design will be easy to store when not in use. It is a plug in one so no battery. It works perfect for what i need, it's also very easy to take the filter out and clean.

Werd met US stekker geleverd. Werden 2 goedkope reisstekker bijgeleverd. Bij een kreeg ik een vonk in mijn stopcontact en sloegen mijn stoppen door. Die ander durf ik niet te gebruiken. Echt heel gevaarlijk!

Compré este colector de polvo de uñas con muchas expectativas, pero lamentablemente no cumple su función. No tiene buena succión, el polvo no lo recoge prácticamente nada y termina volando por todos lados. Probé limpiando el filtro, cambiando de enchufe y verificando la potencia, pero nada mejoró. Se escucha el ventilador, pero no aspira como debería. La idea del producto es buena, pero en la práctica no sirve para el trabajo de manicura. Una gran decepción, no lo recomiendo.
