When it came to setting this up, it didn't take too long which was really convenient. But what I truly love about this tub is that I'm able to stretch my legs out. My old one was more of a cylinder and noticed that my legs would start to cramp up even after I would get out. With this tub, I can stretch out without any cramps and I still have space left over. When empty, this thing is super lightweight and I'm able to move this around with no issues. When I was reading the instructions to setting this up, I read that it will not only do ice baths but even hot water, up to 140°F but don't think I will ever go up that high, but thought that is really good to know. However, my review is only based on using this as an ice bath so I can't really comment on how it is with hot water. However, after the ice melted, the water did get warm after awhile but noticed that I was able to stay in this tub for about 10-15 minutes and it was still cold that whole time. I do have this in my garage but even in the heat, the ice doesn't melt that fast. There is a drain on the bottom which has made emptying out this tub so much easier too. Very strong fabric and found that I'm not sliding around when I do stand up. Not to mention, its really easy to clean too.

Love this! Perfect addition to our home gym and easy to assemble! doesn't stay very cold but the water does stay inside great! my husband is 6 foot 5 and he fits great! functions well for the price and a good starting point to help with recovery time!

Considering that I am an active athlete who participates in strenuous workouts on many occasions each week, I was seeking anything that may assist my muscles in recovering from their workouts more quickly. I made the decision to give this cold plunge tub a go since it seemed to be a potentially beneficial alternative. Due to the fact that it had a capacity of 124 gallons, there was more than enough space for me to completely submerge myself, even though I am 6 feet and one inch tall. Because of its oval form, it is pleasant to sit in, and I loved that it did not seem claustrophobic on my part. On account of its size, I believe that the majority of people will find it to be roomy, which is a significant advantage. The materials seem to be long-lasting, and the tub itself has a solid feel to it when it is full with water, which was one of my main initial concerns. Despite the fact that the tub is portable, which is a nice feature, I discovered that it needed some work to set up and place it in the appropriate manner. This device truly shines most brightly when it comes to the pleasure of utilizing the tub. The cold plunge treatment that I was searching for was supplied by it after I filled it with ice and water when I first started using it. I believe the effects are noticeable; the next day, after utilizing it, I had less discomfort and more energy than I had the day before. My general recuperation and the inflammation in my muscles have both improved tremendously as a result of the cold water treatment. The days that I utilize the ice bath have even resulted in an improvement in the quality of sleep that I get.

Tub was easy to set up and use. The picture is a little misleading when it comes to the cover tho. It's not a firm solid cover at all, just a bag with a draw string. Overall good ice bath tho.

Tub is made well enough. Is sturdy and easy to assemble. But did not come with the lids.

The product came in and was easy to assemble. The directions didnt go over the extra bag it came with and what it is used for. Once I assembled and filled up the tub, the part where you drain the water has a leak and I hadn't even used it yet. Its not a major leak but water is leaking out of it which is unfortunate, considering how new it is. Also the picture shown online isnt really what it looks like based on the fabric. The cover is cheaply made. Wish it was more study and could withstand rain getting on it. All in all if it weren't for the leak, I would have been more pleased with the product, but that put a damper on it. Its definitely useable though. The customer Service department did handle the issue well. They responded quickly and efficiently. They issued me a full refund due to inventory being out of stock. So I was appreciative of that.

Great value for money! It's easy to put together, and it maintains the water temperature well. It's a good size and comfortable to sit on. It seems to be very solid and it works very well.

Worked well while it lasted. Was pretty easy to clean if algae started to build up. Kept the water cold when the cover is on. However one of the round rods crumpled and broke in half when I was emptying and disassembling for cleaning. Making the whole tub unusable. A real shame considering I never filled the tub past halfway. It was great while it lasted. But the lack of longevity ruins this.
