Load of crap technical support and customer service support! No manager for "10 hours" to help process a replacement machine even though I am under warranty and have been chatting back and forth for hours to get issue resolved. I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau. RUN!!! Do NOT purchase this DTF printer or the oven! I have had nothing but problem after problem. I purchased this combo in February 2025, I received it in a nice heavy musical instrument type hard cased box. The setup was just a start of what was to come. A "dongle" constantly has to be plugged into your computer as well as a USB cable from said computer to the printer. Then I print my first design and try to bake or cure it & the oven keeps throwing my breakers. I tried it in multiple outlets in a home that was just built in 2019. We tried to reach out to customer service & decided to just return it completely after waiting almost a week with no response. UPS was going to charge me $150 to return the oven to the sender. I reached out to them again because that was almost half the refund amount. They said they'd pay for the shipping & would have someone come pick it up. The shipment label came to my email within minutes but no one ever came or called to schedule a pickup, so I took it to drop it off with USPS myself. Fast forward 2 months & I feel so stupid for buying this machine. It doesn't print white in the pictures. (See the pictures) I've tried different settings, I've taken the image to Paint & "repainted" it white but nothing. Then, go change settings & try to change them back later & its like it doesn't recognize the same settings. I even shut down my computer then restart it to get it to recognize that I've made changes. The chicken jockey pictures are what was supposed to be printed vs what printed. The software is constantly telling me the printer isn't installed when I'm doing nozzle checks & cleanings. We've uninstalled & reinstalled. Did I mention the belt slipped almost 2 months ago. I've already bought a new roll of paper & I have to test EVERY single print before I print it large because it does not print 2 images the exact same & never white in the main image as mentioned before. Do not waste your time.

I love having my new printer! It’s the best. The prints have the best print quality, and the color is always accurate, no matter the complexity of the design. I love using the printer so much that I am recommending it to my friends and family. I would recommend this printer to anyone. Setup is super easy and worth every penny! Excellent printer. The print quality is very good. I did have a problem with one of the colors not printing. After contacting Procolored, they really jumped in and help me solve it. Plus they followed up days later to make sure everything was ok. They did not leave me high and dry. Their support is excellent.

Mostly prints great. Some problems that were solved by online chat with support. No repair companies in my area. Be prepared to for a very “needy” piece of equipment.

Requires frequent maintenance to keep it running optimally. When we first bought the printer it kept making a banging noise that will occasionally trigger the auto stop. When we got in contact with support they told us to just keep the front face open to stop the banging noise. after 2 months of usage the waste ink pump failed. We got in contact again with support and they made us purchase a new waste ink pump assembly. When we received the waste ink pump we called customer support (which they urged us to call as soon as we got the part) to help with installation. After installation the printer refused to work properly. Customer support told us to call back at a later time, as their office is not in PST. They were extremely unhelpful. In one occasion a manager had to remove one of the "engineers" from the call as they started berating a family member for being unable to understand the "engineers" heavy Indian accent. They have told us to source a repair store on our own, as they no longer find it feasible to help us. We have only printer about 40ish t-shirt designs before the printer bricked itself.
