To put it mildly, my work area is space challenged, so I’ve been on the lookout for a small but reliable Bluetooth in-ear device with a boom microphone as I find having a mic a bit closer to my mouth than other earphone options works best for my work meetings. I’ve tried wired over-ear headphones with a mic but don’t care for the feel on long calls and would rather be a bit less obvious about using a device on calls. Enter the New Bee headset, that checked all the boxes, including the reasonable price (perhaps the most important). After using it for roughly a month in meetings, I can say it’s meeting all of my needs: it’s compact, delivers good sound while still allowing me to hear other sounds via my other ear, the mic extends just far enough forward to be better at picking up my voice and it typically has enough juice to get me though a week of meetings (how many calls/meetings you have would of course deliver different results on battery life). Typically at the end of a week, I plug it into my USB-C cord for a couple of hours, and I’m good to go on Monday. When reviewing the instructions, it did mention not wearing glasses while using the unit. That immediately raised a few concerns for me, as not having my glasses on means I’m not seeing….anything. I do understand the point of that statement: it is a bit awkward with the ear hook and my glasses stem, so I remove my glasses before putting in the headset and put them back on to begin a call. It’s certainly noticeable to feel them both but not unmanageable. Your comfort level may vary, but if you’re dependent on glasses like I am, just keep that one thing in mind. Because this is a single-ear unit, it isn’t noise canceling. I can still pick up anything going on, but work in a quiet home environment most of the day, so it’s mostly if someone is ringing the doorbell that I need to answer that I’ll hear. Maybe the birds chirping in the warm weather. But the sound quality itself is quite good, delivering a good value for the money. I am not one to be able to talk about a range, as I’m sitting at my computer whenever using the headset, with a range of about five feet. I haven’t tried walking around away from my desk while on a call (at least not yet). I also appreciate the charging level display in the case. When opening the case I can see how much charge there is. So far I’ve not ever been critically low, but if I have a heavier call week sometime, that will come in handy as a flag to charge the headset sooner. All factors considered, this handy little headset works well for this work-from-home user, and at a price that made it worth the investment.

I needed a headset like this mostly for work calls and driving, and it’s been surprisingly good for the price. The sound is clear on both ends, and the dual mic really helps cut out background noise when I’m outside. It fits comfortably around the ear and doesn’t fall off, even after wearing it for a couple of hours. Battery life has been excellent so far. Pairing was fast and easy with my phone, and I like that the display shows the remaining battery percentage. Overall, solid headset for daily use and definitely worth it.

Had been holding off writing product review, waiting to have used the headset a little before judging. Will say that the purchase and shipping was a breeze. Bought this to replace a similar product from different manufacturer, that had stopped working after a couple years. Headset is lightweight and comfortable. Easy pairing with my computer, where I use if for online conference calls, etc in my home office. Did come to realize that the charging cord that came with the unit was faulty, but had others to swap in, and now am getting a proper re-charge after returning headset to storage/charging case. The 'manual' was lacking in detail, I had to do some digging and troubleshooting on my own to determine how the storage/charging case actually operated. Will say that I have had a few days worth of use and standby even without the unit being properly charged. Expecting this will be even better now that I have figured out the cord issue. That is the only reason this is a 4-star instead of 5-star. Product performance has been great, nice range to allow connection pretty much throughout my home, to laptop in basement. Overall, happy with purchase.

This Bluetooth headset is really good for the price and work pretty solid for calls. Battery life is amazing long and I don’t have to charge it for few days, which make it very convenient. The sound is clear and noise reduction is doing good job, even when I am outside. Pairing with my phone and laptop was little confusing at first but it works fine after. Overall a nice product and worth the money. Comes with instruction and three year warranty.

The New Bee headset seems to be very good quality and works great. The range is much better than the old earbud I had. Sound quality is also good. I would recommend this earset to anyone that works at home or just uses it with your phone. Volume controls are a little hard to find with larger hands but work well.

I am trying to use as headphones for phone and pc for audio calls. When it connects, sometimes voice / audio is not clear, ..static with broken audio. I reconnect Bluetooth and it's fixed for this time, later happens again. If there's a fix, please let me know.

I got the New Bee Bluetooth Earpiece (M4) and I love it. I like to use it on my computers such as my MacBook or Surface Pro for dictation. I also use it for the voice assist in Macbook and it works great! I have the Wispr Flow app on my devices, and this helps me dictate to my computer which is faster to me than typing. I use it for personal use and for school to help write and complete assignment, write to AI, and also navigate the computer with voice assist. The value is also great for this. Even though it is just one earpiece, it is pretty loud where I can hear it on one ear without any issues. I like that the charging case is USB C so i can just use my USB C charging accessories that I already have for my other devices. It is comfortable on my ear and the mouthpiece isn't too long or too short for me. It is loud enough to hear and also good enough for me to speak to. It seems to have good noise cancelling because the TV would be on and I would be talking and it doesn't dictate anything from the TV.

Me encanta. Buscaba un pinganillo para trabajar donde pudiera conectar tanto el móvil de empresa como el personal y este es un acierto. Es cómodo, se me adapta muy bien, no se me cae y apenas me entero que lo llevo. Se oye muy bien, y sobre todo los botones se encuentra fácilmente al tacto. Se oye muy bien y puedes rellamar al último número entre otras funciones. Otra cosa que me ha gustado es que lo guardo en su caja y no tengo que apretar el botón para encender y apagar porque cuando lo colocas en su sitio se apaga automáticamente, y cuando lo saco se enciende, no tengo que tocar nada y eso es muy cómodo. La caja te marca la batería que le queda, y la verdad que me dura mucho. Lo utilizo toda la jornada laboral y me ha durado más de 3 días sin cargar. Lo compré porque utilizaba otro modelo que se me murió de viejo, y este me ha sorprendido gratamente, me gusta mucho más que el anterior. Lo recomiendo sin dudarlo

È già da un anno che possiedo il modello precedente, M53, che credo sia davvero difficile da migliorare perché funziona già divinamente. Con questo M54, però, New Bee è riuscita comunque a fare un passo avanti, migliorando ergonomia, vestibilità e design, mentre la qualità audio è rimasta eccellente, esattamente come nel modello precedente. Nel tempo ho provato davvero tanti auricolari, di ogni marca e fascia di prezzo, ma il problema era sempre lo stesso: i rumori di fondo, spesso addirittura amplificati. Con New Bee ho finalmente svoltato. La cancellazione del rumore funziona davvero come si deve. Ho fatto diversi test in situazioni quotidiane, mentre lavo i piatti, camminando per strada, nei negozi e nei supermercati, e il risultato è sempre lo stesso: si sente la voce e non l’ambiente intorno. Da quando esiste il Bluetooth non riesco più a telefonare senza, quindi ne faccio un uso intensivo ogni giorno, e non mi è mai capitato di restare senza batteria. Dire che ha un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo sarebbe sminuente: è semplicemente un auricolare di buona qualità, punto. In sintesi: * qualità audio eccellente e costante * cancellazione del rumore realmente efficace * comfort migliorato rispetto al modello precedente * batteria affidabile anche con utilizzo intensivo * auricolare solido e ben progettato
