This was my first but definitely not my last. It is so cute and was so easy. The pieces fit together snugly , directions are in color and fantastic. I love the little battery door on the back. And the front piece of the diorama snaps on last making it easy to remove if the need should arise to adjust something inside. In my case I did not tape the light’s touch pad securely enough to the ceiling inside for it to sense my finger on top and turn on and off the light. It was a simple 10 second fix. I removed the front piece , added a piece of tape to the lights touch pad on the ceiling and snapped the front piece back on. - I will mention you need to buy your own glue with this, I just used Elmers, as it did not come with glue.

My Daughter and I had such fun building this. It’s well made and snapped together nicely. It’s a fun project to do with a teenager 10/10 would recommend and will buy other sets in the future. It turned out as detailed and beautiful as the pictures show.

Very cute. Finally bought one and spent an evening constructing the nook. The instructions were ok but I found the video tutorial was easier to follow.First time building one of these and I didn't have ant problems. Nor did I have any errors ' follow each step.in order and don't remove the parts until you need them. The kit includes some extra parts. You will need AAA batteries, glue, tape and scissors. Towards the end of the build, tiny little clips were a challenge, so I used a clip to hold the small piece - tweezers, fine needlenose pliers can help. This was my first project snd I enjoyed it. Amazing detail.

I absolutely loved receiving this CUTEBEE Book Nook as a gift! The assembly process feels calming and therapeutic, almost like a form of creative meditation. What you'll need: 2 AAA batteries, glue, and scissors or x-acto knife. For the most part, I liked it. Pretty easy to put together. Nice and sturdy. Most of the parts are easily removed from the board and some include spares. Everything looked nice when put together. Also the plug in led light and touch switch was easy to install. I had problems with the hanging plant and it cracked at the hanging tassel. Didn't like that some parts that needed to be glued on the front were stickers (which is why you'll need scissors bc they weren't able to be punched out). Also didn't care for the sticker origami books bc the instructions weren't the best and the pages were one long sticker so if you aren't careful it'll be ruined easily. I chose not to use the gold sticker on the "owl bookstore" area and let the light shine through instead. Also put the picture stickers on the leftover plexiglass to make them sturdier when gluing them. Over all it's still a good beginner+ kit.

This thing is so cute! Fun to build, super detailed. Lights up with just a touch. Great little decoration for any home. Can recommend for anyone looking to add a little charm to a table, bookcase, or mantel. Great quality, easy to build, but also fun. The detail is top notch. I was impressed.

Very fun book nook. I really liked this one. I was able to complete it in just 4ish hours. I would say it is definitely beginner friendly. This one did not come with glue, so keep that in mind if you order it to also order some glue!

While this is for teens/ adults with the patience to punch out tiny balsa wood pieces carefully, it does not require high craft skill. It was fun and satisfying, taking a couple evenings to put together— maybe just one with a friend. The lighting element is very slick - it has a touch on/off which is accessible without having to flip it over or around, as i have encountered elsewhere. The end result is a lovely little addition to my bookshelf.
