It. Does. Everything!
I had an older Waterpic cordless flosser, and I liked it. After dropping it several times (my bad!) though, the reservoir broke and it didn't seem worth the effort and money to find a replacement. So I ended up buying this device, and I'm extremely pleased with it.First off, the flosser works great. I could quickly see the difference in the amount of particles it was kicking loose. Seemed like it cleared literally twice as much. My only (minor) complaint is that the tube that connects the water tank to the flosser is very curled up, and you kind of have to stretch it out every time you use ... which, let's be honest, just isn't that big a deal. The rechargeable toothbrush does a good job, and the charge lasts for days and days. It has three settings -- clean, whiten, and massage. It helps you make sure you spend adequate time on all four zones in youth by giving you signal every 25 seconds or so to move on to the next area. And in massage setting, you can massage your gums (just like very dentist always tells us to do, and we never do). It's easy, it also helps you keep time, and it actually feels good.Other than that vaguely annoying curly flosser tube, I have zero complaints about this device.

So far so good!
In the past 4 years I've had head and neck cancer, and a concurrent but not related (directly) "pathological fracture" of my jaw (the other side, not the side with the cancer). I've had 14 surgeries and more than 1,000 (1,000) medical treatments, appointments, interventions, etc.Needless to say, I've had some involved dental care. My Dentist, Dr. Altiere in Fort Worth, recommended this specific model to care for my teeth. He said "You need the brand name for what all you have."It's been pretty easy to use. The only issue for me is pretty niche. I have arthritis and it's hard sometime to move the switch to on.It's small enough to fit on my small sink and pack without too much trouble.I think the price was fair.A great purchase.

3 yrs was the limit I guess
I have owned my countertop waterpik and toothbrush base since August of 2021 and it has kept my mouth so clean! and Healthy! My dentist and dental hygienist are always so glad to see how clean my teeth are and how healthy my gums look. It's always a quick trip to them and I could not have made dental trips that short without my waterpik and toothbrush. LOVE them. Here we are 3 years later and this morning, the toothbrush wasn't lit while charging on the base, I moved the base to 4 different wall outlets around my entire house and it wouldn't turn on at any of them. The water flosser was also not turning on at each of those other outlets. So I think it's time to have to buy a new one :(. I really liked my white system. Hopefully I can get through to customer service to see what can be done.

Refuses to honor warranty on defective products
This product is defective. The first one I bought here on 6-13-22. The entire unit went dead on 8-26-22 (two months later). They replaced it on 8-31-22 and that unit went dead the exact same way on 10-10-22 (two months later). The third unit arrived on 10-13-22. Since each unit had previously only lasted 2 months, I decided to only supply power to the unit to charge the toothbrush for 8 hours a day (which I did while I was sleeping). This apparently helped as the next unit made it one year before failing the exact same way. This is still a eight months from the end of their two year stated warranty period.I called Waterpix again for another replacement, and this time they said "While we appreciate you sending your original purchase receipt and understand that the unit offers a two-year warranty, per our policy we reserve the right to replace units at the discretion of Waterpik. Our records indicate that the most recent unit purchase on 6/13/22 has been replaced on 8/29/22 as well as 10/11/22. Therefore, we are unable to proceed with an additional warranty replacement."I then explained that If you are selling defective merchandise that won’t last through its stated warranty period (as is clearly the case here); arbitrarily assigning a set number of units in your mind you are only willing to replace, does not resolve you of the obligation to provide a working product for that product's warranty period. This has made no difference to them.I am planning to contact the FTC and Texas Attorney General as they are not allowed to arbitrarily reserve the right to replace defective units covered under warranty; especially when they obviously have a batch full of them (the serial number on all three failed units are within 200 units of each other).Beware as this appears to be an ongoing issue, as they have 230 complaints listed on Amazon about units that stopped working or charging (just as mine did).
