Dr Dennis Gross Ferulic + Retinol Anti-Aging Moisturizer: for Rough and Aging Skin with Lines & Wrinkles, 1.7 oz

I bought this in June and have waited awhile to post something so that I could give an honest review. Attached are my before and after pictures from the left one is back in June (in the grey sweatshirt). And the right one (in the purple) is from today which is November. I had started this becAuse my chin broke out so bad. You can see the pimples and just bumpiness if you zoom in. Now five months later you can see how much smoother my skin looks, all my acne and pimple and bumps are gone, and my skin actually looks more nurished. A bit spends but definitely worth it. I've been buying Dr. Dennis Gross products through Sephora for over five years. The entire line of products is fantastic, but expensive. I've had to pick and choose what I put into my regular skincare regime and this moisturizer, coupled with the Dr. Dennis Gross eye cream, is perfect. It's all about the Ferulic PLUS Retinol. It's an amazing combination that smooths out your skin, helps with minimizing little wrinkles, and trust me if you use this product for a couple of weeks people will notice. I had co-workers ask me what I'm doing to have such great skin, and I always tell them about Dr. Dennis products. I use the aforementioned products with Peter Thomas Roth serum. Together, I'm doing amazing things with my skin.

I am 81 and have used Dr. Dennis Gross products for many years. This moisturizer not only does the trick but it seems to prevent irritation. It is not greasy at all. It seems to saturate the skin without leaving any oil on the surface. It helps me avoid that 'pasty' look that is typical of aging skins and seems to heal any tiny eruption that threatens. I moisturize in the morning and at night after washing my face and using a Dr. Gross serum. I often use the moisturizer during the day without makeup for a very fresh look. I can only attribute this freshness to Dr. Gross plus good genes! I also use Dr. Gross tinted moisturizer on occasion since I don't use makeup.

I love this moisturizer! Dr. Dennis Gross products have helped my skin even out and combat adult acne. I find a 1.7oz jar last about 6 months, used somewhat sparingly. I also swear by the all-in-one cleanser and alpha beta peel before big events.Last time I purchased it was $42 from this seller, a great deal! I was about to re-order the price jumped from $53 (fine - it runs about that much in store) to $72 after viewing a few other products. Absurd! Knocking off one star for the ridiculous price hike. Guess I'll be driving to the store instead!

If you're tried Retinol that has caused your skin to dry out, try this lotion. I've been using it nightly for years and it hasn't irritated or dried out my skin. Highly recommend it for keeping your skin youthful.

I have oily skin and this feels light when I put it on overnight. It absorbs quickly. It has a light scent which is a plus. I feel it’s worth the price and a little does a lot.

Bought and used the whole bottle in about 5 weeks. Pretty much like any other cream you can buy at CVS for much cheaper. It was good, but nothing great. Not worth the $$ and didn't repurchase.

I had my best compliment ever a few months after I started using this when I was in my upper 40's. I hadn't seen my daughter in months as she had moved away. When I saw her, she told me how great my skin looked, glowing, not knowing I had changed my regime. Now THAT is proof that it was doing it's job.
