Packing was not good. But product is good. Mixer grinder is good quality. Price is ok. Jar sizes are small than expected.

I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding my recent purchase of a Preeti mixiI had ordered this item while I was not in India. Upon returning home and opening the product, I discovered that the mixer is completely defective – it does not work at all from day one. It is brand new, unused, and still in its original condition, yet it is not functional.Unfortunately, by the time I was able to check the item, the return window had already closed. However, it is unacceptable that Amazon has supplied a defective product which was never in working condition.I kindly request Amazon to:1. Arrange for the item to be picked up, and2. Issue a full refund to my original payment method.As per Amazon’s A-to-Z Guarantee and Indian consumer protection rules, customers cannot be held responsible for defective products. Since the product was faulty from the beginning, I request you to treat this as an exception and resolve it urgently.

Ok product. The chutney jar is super small. Dry jar is also too small. Otherwise ok

Using small jar creates more noise. Otherwise product is good for the price.
