I purchased the product for my son on 23rd Oct 24. And it was delivered by Amazon on 25th Oct. Despite requesting for installation, no one came for the same for next 3 days. We assembled the product with great difficulty as the provided videos and manual are for different product also. After installation, we realized that the product has few missing parts and handle is scratched badly. We contacted the customer support of the company, which did not bother to respond. And the product is still lying useless as some key screws are missing. It is difficult to return it as we had already assembled it with lot of pain.... So trying to arrange missing parts from market despite paying full amount. So we know that warranty given is also an eyewash as there is no customer support. I would suggest paying more and buying from some known company as these people are frauds who just know how to sell their product. Imagine this happens when we are in Delhi, what would happen to people who are in smaller towns and cities!!! Coming to product quality, the product seems flimsily built, handle is held with just one screw, mud guards are very flimsy and brakes also seem weak. Overall a very flimsy product. Now I know why people spend more and buy Hero or other good brands at higher cost......

Not very sturdy or durable bycycle. Cycle frame is very fragile. Also in just 6 months its got rusted. I would suggest invest little more and purchase from local shops.
