I drink 3-4 cups of tea per day. One in the afternoon and two in the evening. This one I drink in the evening. It’s relaxing and delicious! I add my collagen and a lil bit of stevia (to help mask the collagen. The aroma of the fig is almost all you need from this tea. Will keep in my evening rotation.

Tastes really good I've been stressed lately and this helps keep me calm I have mine with raw honey and I recommend this at night if you want your mind to settle for bed.

This is the high quality tea I have come to expect from Twinings. It smells lovely, but I have to say it has a very odd flavor. That said, it really works. It is wonderful when I am having a hard time sleeping. I drink a cup, I relax, and I stay asleep for a good 6 hours. Heavenly for someone who is used to waking up every 2 to 3 hours. It isn’t the cheapest tea on the market, but it’s a good buy if you value a good night’s sleep!
