These work very well for SAD ( Seasonal affective disorder) at this time of year used last year and they are very good what a difference in my mood i am 68 Year old and have always found winter a very bad time.

They help in someway through menopause. Kept me focused. Hot flushes were reduced.

Slow to work not a quick fix. Starting to see a difference over a month.

Effective intervention for improving desire and energy levels. The effects are apparent after even one capsule (two may be too much), in terms of confidence and energy. Maybe it's the zinc and Maca, but there is a distinctly discernable. Well worth a try, but start slow, and don't take too late in the day in the day in case sleep is affected.

These tablets are rather large, surprisingly so. They have some decent ingredients in them but not entirely sure it's fair to label them as libido boosting and I haven't noticed any significant increase in said libido either. Also frustrating that you have to take 2 capsules after a meal, this can often lead to me forgetting to take them. I much prefer a vitamin/tablet that I can just take whenever I remember during the day, but that's just me. Also, they are rather expensive and I wonder if the price is because they've marketed them as libido boosting rather than just a supplement.
