Not able to install the App in the mobile phone

As described - works well for me as an office door sign. Easy to update via Bluetooth (but the app is odd). Sign layout customization via the website is a cumbersome process though and not for those that don’t have a sense of adventure. I persevered and was able to set it up, but would be better if layout customization is something that could be done in the app vs having to do it separately on a website that doesn’t work on a phone-based browser. The app and website for customization are both hosted in China, so I’m not sure I’d recommend this if you were planning to use it for anything proprietary.

This works over BLE, though if you buy used you should be aware of what you get into. It was not easy to use, I have a custom python script ported from home assistant to use this. The phone app is strange. This one reports as a PICKSMART after writing with the script. It supports WBR colors, and takes about 15 seconds for an update. I cannot comment on the battery, but it should last for a few years depending on the update cycle. You can find info with gicisky home assistant if you know python. The quality is great, and I wish the affordability was better. They do not have any protection and are open, wide, for anyone who knows what it is to send the write data to. It is very readable, so the last statement should read cautiously. The price was great, as I use it to write my calendar to every day. The bletag is nice, and has been great knowing all of the above. If you are not tech inclined, I don't suggest this product. It is 400x300 pixels.
