Biona Organic Spelt Noodles 250g - Pack of 6

I made a spicy alkaline ramen with these noodles and they did not disappoint, they were amazing. Though a little pricier than other noodles it’s worth it. My only issue was packaging as Amazon likes to throw packages. My noodles came in a bag so they were crushed and broken. Better packaging would allow for unbroken noodles and make the experience even better. Though that is still not a reason to not pick these noodles because I would pick them again and again this is not my first order.

This makes awesome ramen. I added some chili pepper flakes, vegan no soy sauce, fresh ginger, garlic, green onion, chili sauce and a touch of agave and it was amazing!

Besides the fact that they are expensive they came broken up really bad. These should never be packed in a poly bag and should be packed in a box instead. Update… 5/29/23 I will never purchase again from this seller. They do not package properly and now you can not return them. I now buy directly from the manufacturer. Takes a little longer but they come in a box. I can finally have noodles that aren’t broken in a million pieces.
