This is my first purchase of toothbrush heads since I got the Laifen Toothbrush. They fit perfectly and is compatible with my toothbrush. The are medium, not too soft. These heads can last up to the recommended 90 days before changing. I do recommend. Great price.

Good quality, easy to use, good value. The only suggestion I have is maybe they could use less packaging with each single brush head, instead of placing each brush head in a hard plastic case, I'm totally okay with paper individual packaging for less costs and waste.

If you’re coming from the stock toothbrush heads made of white plastic, these ones are a decent upgrade. Still not the most comfy when you hit your tooth with the head, but way less obnoxious than the white plastic ones. You’ll appreciate the difference these make.

Why in the world they ship the toothbrush without these "cushioned" heads is beyond me? I was close to returning the toothbrush with the regular heads as anytime the back of the brush hit my feet it actually hurt. Loved the brush so ordered the heads, then loved the brush. UNTIL it stopped working and dealing with LAIFEN customer service is awful. Offshore email only customer service and no he;p at all. ultimately returned the toothbrush and not sure id buy from laifen again strictly due to the nonsense of customer service. shame

Perfect fit replacements

I love this toothbrush, easy to replace heads, my dentist says the results speak for themselves. Now, if I would be better at flossing, but that's a different problem.

The back is softer than the original heads but still not soft enough. Still hurts. I stopped using this toothbrush altogether.

Don’t fall for the hype or the cheaper brush heads. I switched from Oral-B and Philips Sonicare, brands that lasted me over 8 years, to Laifen—and what a mistake! One of my Laifen Wave toothbrushes died just 22 days after the 1-year warranty expired. How convenient that Laifen gives their toothbrushes only a 12-month warranty, while other products get 2 years. When I reached out for help, they flat-out refused any support. No repair, no goodwill replacement—just a link to buy another one. This feels like planned obsolescence and a company that doesn’t stand behind its products. If you value reliability and customer care, support reputable brands like Oral-B and Sonicare instead of this pathetic excuse for quality. Avoid Laifen at all costs!
