Doesn't work. Tried new batteries and still does not work

Little to no instructions, doesn't work even after charging for specified time and cannot find any contact details for the seller to even ask a question

My little boy asked for a realistic toy tortoise for Christmas and this was the only one I could find - the reviews are correct though and it’s terrible. Worked for a literal 2 minutes before breaking, resulting in a very disappointed child. Don’t buy!

This toy is a nightmare, after charging works maybe 5 mins, do not recommend, waisting money and your nerves as children are keep crying…

The kiddo quite enjoyed playing with this little guy, finding it cute and entertaining. It's quite nice visually, but less so functionally, as we could only make it go forward or right with the controller. We also found the charger for the control to be very fiddly, and the toy overall feels quite flimsy, unlikely to tolerate vigorous playHowever, it's overall a cute toy, and has become a mainstay as a standalone toy. It is currently being carried around like a pet, so even though the remote control element loses the fun factor, the overall entertainment remains

The media could not be loaded. This RC turtle is well thought out and designed in such a way that it mimics the movement of a real turtle. When I had it in my hand for the first time and showed it to my toddler, she immediately asked me if it was a real turtle and wanted to take it. The texture of the outer shell material looks aptly designed. It is compact in size and can fit into my palm. The eyes of the turtle light up when it is switched on.The turtle comes with a unique remote control, which we have never used before. It is round in shape and has two buttons for turtle movement. One button is for forward movement and another one is for backward and turns. It got two indicators to show if the turtle is switched on or when the turtle is getting charged. When the turtle is switched on, it moves like a real turtle with a tik, as you can see in my attached video. The controls are a bit confusing, especially the backward and turn button, but it works smoothly.The turtle needs 3 AAA batteries, which I don't appreciate much as yet another battery toy adding more to e-waste. Also, charging the turtle is a challenge as we need to take out a charging cable from the side of the remote, which is not that easy. The length of the charging cable is very short, which further adds to the challenge. Overall, a well-designed realistic turtle with some practical challenges.
