Really Helps Keep My Furniture Clean
I got this to use on my couch and dining chairs because they always seem to get dirty so fast, and I was honestly surprised by how well it worked. The spray barely has any smell, which I really appreciated — no strong chemical scent at all. It goes on super evenly and once it dried, the fabric felt totally normal. No sticky or stiff spots. I tested it out by dripping a little water and coffee on the couch, and the liquid just sat on top instead of soaking in. I wiped it off in a second and it didn’t leave a mark. I’m not gonna say it makes things 100% stain-proof, but it definitely gives the fabric a nice layer of protection and makes cleaning way easier. If you have kids or pets, this is honestly a lifesaver. The bottle is huge too — I covered my whole sofa and a good chunk of the rug with one application. Since it’s water-based and non-toxic, I felt comfortable using it around the house. Overall, it does exactly what I needed and I’d totally recommend it. East of use for all kind of fabrics

Works like a charm! Just get a $5 spray bottle for flawless application.
Magical product! Brand new light colored couch with 4 kids under 9 and 2 hypo allergenic dogs… this couch will get a LOT of wear so we needed protection but we didn’t want to compromise with a toxic product. I purchased 2 of the LARGE containers and still ran out of product before I finished the couch. But that being said…. The video speaks for itself! Water resistant, stain resistant, odorless, and It had no effect on the color! The only difference I notice between the treated and untreated surface is the texture. The treated surfaces are actually softer than the untreated! For optimal performance I would plan to saturate the surface. We saw reviews on the sprayer not working well so we bought a $5 cleaning solution spray bottle from Walmart and it had a flawless application. Will be purchasing 3 more large bottles to finish the couch (6 piece large modular couch) and every single shoe and backpack in the house to last the rainy cheer season!

Maybe I got a bad batch
I really wanted this product to work. I followed what application directions there were carefully. I applied ProtectME to a standard polypropylene rug (about 80 sq ft), using the recommended 3.3 fl oz per 10 sq ft. I worked it in with light buffing using a soft cloth, and I applied a second after 30 minutes (this method is recommended for high traffic areas). I waited over 24 hours for the product to cure fully before testing. Despite all that, there was no visible effect. Water didn’t bead, and nothing suggested the rug had any kind of protection. I could smell the product as it was drying, it’s not terrible, but it’s not pleasant. So something definitely was on my rug, but there was no evidence that it worked as a hydrophobic barrier. According to the company’s own guidance, only certain fabric types require extra product or more intensive application. My rug doesn’t fall into any of those categories. It’s not natural fiber, it’s not outdoor-rated, and it’s not especially absorbent or textured. I followed the usage rate exactly, and nothing in the documentation suggested I’d need significantly more than one bottle. It’s frustrating that I applied the product correctly and still saw zero performance. There’s no coverage chart, no clear indication of what saturation looks like, and no way to confirm you’ve done it right until after it’s cured and tested. If you follow the process and get no effect, that’s not reasonable for $40 when competing brands that have materials that are not identified as harmful and still need to be tested, but there are other nontoxic brands and they cost significantly less than $40 a bottle. If the company’s position is that a second bottle is required to make it work, I think they should provide that, because I’m now locked in. Their own literature says you can’t reapply another product on top of this one for up to a year until the product is worn off, but how would I know that the product was worn off because there’s no detectable effects to begin with, so what am I supposed to do now? This has already taken time, effort, and planning. I wanted this product to work. If they think that a second bottle would work I would be willing to try it, but there’s no way that I’m paying another $40 for it though. I passed up other cheaper options due to unclear safety data, but also that no one had any complaints. In retrospect, maybe that’s kind of sketchy, but people couldn’t stop raving about it and I don’t even have a complicated rug so I don’t know what’s going on here. Maybe it was a bad batch or something. If they’re not open to correcting their defective product or helping me determine whether I needed a second bottle in the first place and helping me out there because I purchased this one based on what little guidance was available that this would be sufficient, then I need clear instructions on how to remove this product entirely so I can start over with something that actually works.

Works
I saw a lot of mixed reviews, so I wanted to share my experience. Product worked great. Water pools and some food we’ve gotten on it has come off easily. Only downside is the cost. But for something that works well and without the additives others have, I’m pleased. I’m curious to see how well it holds up. We sprayed this on a polyester type fabric - it was a woven polyester for a bench cousin I wanted to use with our kitchen table. Good would get stuck in woven fabrics and be very hard to get out. It was a light grey. This didn’t affect color at all. And so far so good on it preventing stains.

A Lifesaver for Busy Homes with Kids, Pets, and New Furniture
This stuff was refreshingly easy to use, which already felt like a small victory. With four kids, a dog, and a brand new couch that I would like to keep looking new for more than five minutes, I truly need all the help I can get. I sprayed down the couch and blankets with protectME Fabric Protector and Stain Resistant Spray and felt instant peace of mind. It is like giving your furniture a fighting chance against real life. Simple, effective, and exactly the kind of backup a busy household needs.

Easy to apply, no nasty fumes and does a great job at waterproofing fabrics of all types. Absolutely no change in colour, texture or look of the fabric after application. The trigger pack is a bit noisy when you squeeze the handle but it did the job just fine.

This product is amazing, We put it on new island chairs and something got spilled on it and it wiped off as if nothing happened. Will be grabbing a bigger bottle for the couch.
