Kenneth Cole REACTION Renegade Luggage Expandable 8-Wheel Spinner Lightweight Hardside Suitcase, Peony, 20-Inch Carry On

I was searching for a solid option that wasn't the typical boring black and flimsy set. Pleasantly surprised at the quality of this KC Reaction set. -The carry on is truly compliant for airlines (I checked and double checked many options from other brands and even KC brand, and they don't always comply). -The weight is probably on the average side, but lighter than my previous SamS suitcase. -The color is attractive and stands out without drawing too much attention. One sad airline from Colombia already managed to scratch the large one, but it is still fully functional. -I like the expansion option. Adds that extra little bit that helps me not have to sit on the suitcase when trying to close it (because I always seem to over pack) -I was about to pick another option with an included number lock, but was concerned that it may break and then becomes a bit useless. So I purchased a set of small locks to go with the different sizes and am more comfortable. -This set is at a fair cost, a good value for the money without needing to splurge for fancier names.

We bought the 24inch suitcase for an upcoming international trip. We tried them out on a shorter trip to Hawaii last week. They are very lightweight, and easy to maneuver, the wheels seem to work great. When packed, my bag weighed 37 pounds, and I didn't have any trouble with the handle on top or on the side. It actually fit more items than I thought it would for its size. I'm optimistic about our next trip, will update if there are any problems, but so far it seems to be a good value! UPDATE: After 14 months, the handle broke on my suitcase, the screw that holds the top piece to the retractable bars fell out. The suitcase otherwise looks great, the black plastic on the underside near the wheels came loose earlier, but no other issues and the outside is not scuffed (Thanks Delta!). I emailed customer service due to the 10 year warranty and will update any resolution.

This is a great piece of luggage. I ordered the graphite blue carry-on size and it's worked extremely well for all my trips. I went to Italy and was able to pack everything besides my suit. The full-zip/clip on each compartment ensure you belongings stay put during travel. There is additional storage with the large pockets and two smaller zipper compartments. The large pockets could be for shoes although sneakers may be tough to fit and close with your other belongings. Although it does have an expansion zipper to help create more space. The entire case is lightweight yet durable. The wheels and handle function very well in any direction. It fits in overhead bins without issue. Highly recommend this suitcase for travel. It's great for the weekend trip or the extended stay. However, anything over 4 days you may need to upgrade in size.

This is great. I replaced with another exactly like it that the interior pockets tore and I couldn’t get repaired. KC has improved this flaw, but still not as good as I had hoped, so only 4 stars. Perfect size for trips. Not too big, rolls easily and handle is comfortable. I like the compartments for belts, hats, etc and plenty of room for a three week vacation of clothes, shoes, coats.

Loved it. Solid, high quality, durable, yet it’s lightweight as described. Spins well in different directions. Loved the color. Travelled twice with it. No cracks yet. telescopic handle is still working. So far so good.

However, within just two trips, the handle on the luggage broke off. This was not due to rough handling or overuse but appears to be a clear manufacturing defect. For a product that costs around $150 and is backed by a 10-year warranty, this is unacceptable. Customer Service and Warranty Claim: When I reached out to Kenneth Cole to address this issue under the warranty, I was met with a response that was both shocking and disappointing. Instead of taking responsibility for their product, they directed me to the manufacturer, Heritage. This passing of the buck is not only frustrating but also undermines the very essence of customer trust and brand loyalty. Lack of Accountability: It is bewildering that a brand of Kenneth Cole's stature would so blatantly sidestep responsibility and leave their customers in the lurch. The warranty, it seems, is nothing more than a marketing ploy, with no real intent to honor it. This experience has left me questioning the ethics of the company and their practices in dealing with customers. Final Thoughts: To anyone considering a Kenneth Cole luggage, I would urge you to reconsider. The lack of accountability and poor customer service have completely overshadowed the aesthetic appeal of their products. There are numerous other brands out there that not only provide quality products but also stand by them. In a market where customer service is as important as the product itself, Kenneth Cole has miserably failed to deliver on both fronts.

Great product, wheels are quite. Pockets are optimal. Not too bulky.

Purchased this on sale for a fantastic price to replace my much loved and used carry on that has finally met its end of life usefulness. Product is exactly as described. Measurements do fit the Air Canada, Delta, WestJet, American Airlines size requirements, however I have yet to travel with it to confirm. Seems to be well made, inside sections and compartments are nice. Zippers strong. Wheels turn well, not sticky or stiff. Comes with 10 Year limited warranty. Hope I don't need to use it. Impressed with it so far. Fits a lot of clothes (depending on how well you pack of course). Very lightweight as well. Plus the colour is nice and my sons won't want to use it :-)

My design comments are 1) that the extender zipper is difficult to tell apart from the main zipper so I often open the extender when I mean to open the luggage - I will put a ribbon or something on the pull - and 2) the handle wiggles a bit when fully extended. Overall I am glad I spent a bit more for a robust 8-wheeler. It has held up splendidly even in checked baggage. I like that the aesthetics are not "gendered" so everyone in the family can use it and it not garish, but distinctive enough to pick out easily at the carousel.

It broke in 1 trip. The suitcase cracked. Frankly it was unbelievable as previous Kenneth Cole had lasted 5 years and many trips

The first look is great.! Colour looks awesome just like in the pic. It was well packed n delivered. Wheels are smooth n material feels good.But only time will tell whether the suitcase/wheels/zip are durable or not
