i've been exposed conceivably to 3-6 sick people in the past few months since i've been using this stuff (2 where i was sharing the same space for a bit , gave a hug to...) there have been a couple times i felt rundown a little , like oh shoot i'm vulnerable and will probably get that cold they had kind of thing . i have been "religiously" taking this stuff (it tastes good!) and it seems like a good idea (especially that agarikon mushroom sounds promising !)

OMG, do not get the orange flavor. With all the alcohol, it's like taking a nasty shot of Triple Sec in the back of the throat. I have college flashbacks and about throw up every time I use it. Peppermint is much better!

I dont think its too pepperminty like some say. It actually feels like it coats your throat like a mild numbing spray for 1 minute that is neat and your brain is like "OH" thats interesting. I like this alot! I really think it helps. Before leaving the house, 1 spray in the back of the throat. Seems to help! So happy I found this!!!
