i thought this would be a great book for my daughter, sometimes as the male it is harder to tell them all they need to know. but this book gave me and her a great insight for becoming a woman

This book is written for pre-teen and early teen girls. It’s from the perspective of a pre-teen learning about puberty. It goes through all the basics and more that I hadn’t thought of covering when the time comes. I’ve already recommended it to a friend for her daughter.

This lovely book deals with the physical obstacles of growing up (focusing on periods), the emotional issues and beyond! It covers being safe online and screen time which shows how modern it is as well as covering bullying, diet and mindset. There wasn't anything like this in my day and I love how kids will get a great foundation for coping with this time and guidance to being happy and healthy in all aspects. It's broken into subtitles and quizzes to keep it interesting and an easy read for pre-teens.
