Good quality, it is slightly bulky, larger than a kettle but has good functions. Four medium potatoes, 3/4 of a leek (that was what was left in my fridge), a stock cube (I used M&S white wine and garlic), a splash of chilli (personal choice). Filled with water up to the first mark. Pressed smooth and 21 minutes later I had a nice hot soup. I’m not a soup lover and it’s my aim to eat them using up veg etc in my fridge. Really easy to use. It has a slight noise when blending but only for a few minutes and that would only be an issue in your kitchen is in you living area. I’m really impressed for the price. Buying one now as a gift.

This is a superb piece of equipment which makes thick or smooth soup. I am very pleased with it and it is a very reasonable price. It is also a smart piece of equipment to look at with simple instructions.

Very poor quality , handle has come away from the base with electrical leads showing. The company has said we can have a refund but have to go through Amazon but can’t get any joy with getting hold of them . Would not recommend this product.

Well packaged and easy to assemble. The manual is not very well composed. But we got it going. We have produced a variety of soup - chopped, smooth and very smooth. In some cases it may be better to part boil veg and soak barley etc., before putting them in the soup maker. Pretty quick time from start to finish and easy to clean afterwards. Very pleased with it and the price. Have difficulty finding recipes specifically for this item but we managed by modifying other recipes. Only downside - the max and min lines inside the maker are not easy to see without very good lighting.

It's easy to use & clean. If you want a thick soup that has bits in it, then you need to set it on chunky &when it has finished that, set it to blend. However don't go with the setting of 2 displayed, because you need to stop it almost as soon as you have started. It just needs to be done as if you were hand blitzing once or twice.

This is excellent .. I absolutely love this soup maker .. I've never eaten as much soup it's so easy to use and delicious .. it's very quiet apart from when it's cutting up the food which is to be expected .. it's a good size and easy to clean ...
