Good supplement to take
I take these vitamins every night before bed, the best time to take magnesium. Magnesium glycinate is well absorbed and if I remember correctly, D3 helps make them more effective. I have no complaints about these vitamins and I even gave a bottle to my son to try.

We used this magnesium and honestly didnt help. We switched to a different brand and worked better for us. I know buying vitamins on amazon is sometimes a gamble to make sure your getting the best and not a knockoff. Came quickly and was packed nicely. Just not the right one for us.
