A Must-Have Guide to Understanding and Meeting Your Body’s Nutritional Needs
This book is essential reading for anyone looking to implement a plan that ensures they get the right amount of nutrients their body needs to stay healthy. The author excels in providing a comprehensive guide to the nutrients our bodies need for growth, development, and staying healthy, along with a personal nutrition guide to help us ensure we receive the right amount of these nutrients. My favorite part of the book was Chapters 2 and 3, which provide an overview of the vitamins essential to ensuring the body grows properly, operates efficiently, and stays well-maintained. It’s worth purchasing the book just to obtain this crucial information that many of us do not fully understand.

It's just o.k.
I am kind of sorry that I purchased it - but I will give it away instead of returning it. It is o.k. for a beginner, but if you want something more substantial with information this is not the book for you.

Don't bother!
A fifth grader could read and comprehend this book in hour. It was a waste of money.

Great starter book but...
In today's times it is important to list all types of the vitamin.Example is book talks about vitamin k, well you need to list K1-K2-k7.And with B vitamin example: they list B3 but there is two distinct forms on B3, nicin is the first for, but NAD aka ~ nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide. I need Nad more than niacin. It is almost impossible to get NAD in foods! Also there is calcium but what is the best form (supplement ) to take, citrate vs aspartate....? or the best form . Some calcium supplements to take. Other forms your body does not process too well. There are alternate form of every vitamin and mineral... and this book never speaks of this.Nice book but ... Is it AI generated, because it seems basic.

Solid, easy-to-read book!
I wasn’t expecting to enjoy a nutrition book this much, but this one surprised me. It explains vitamins and minerals in a super clear way—like what they actually do for your body and which foods have them. I liked that it didn’t feel overwhelming or too “sciencey.” It also had cool tips for meal planning and even covers different needs for kids, pregnant women, and older adults. Great for anyone trying to eat better or just understand what their body needs. Solid 4 stars from me.
