I used this nasal irrigation system daily for about a week now, and overall I like how it performs. The dual speed modes (gentle and strong) are helpful — the gentle setting is comfortable when my nose is extra sensitive, and the stronger setting clears more mucus when I’m congested. The automatic waste-collection chamber is a smart design feature that keeps things tidy instead of dripping everywhere. The included 30 saline packets are convenient to start. The device feels sturdy, and the silicone tips are soft and comfortable. That said, there are a few drawbacks. The tubing and parts need very thorough cleaning after each use, or residue builds up. Also, when the waste chamber is nearly full, the flow slows a bit, so I have to stop mid-rinse to empty it. And it’s a bit louder on the stronger setting than I expected. If you’re already comfortable with nasal rinsing, this one works well and has clever features. But if you’re new to it, you might find some parts fiddly or messy at first.

Seems to do the job make sure that you don’t hold your breath and close your nasal cavity. It’ll pop your eardrums.

Super easy to use, gentle, and it actually clears everything out. The auto waste collection makes it mess free,and my sinuses feel amazing after every rinse. Way better than the old squeeze bottles.

If I could leave zero stars or even negative stars, I absolutely would. This products is dangerous and could absolutely blow out your inner ear. I purchased this product because I have terrible allergies, so wanted to try this product. First, the instructions are very poor to the point of negligence. I tried this device 1 time, and the negative effects have been 48 hours. Here’s why. The water pressure in the device is far too high. And, the left or right side option doesn’t work, so I had high pressure water going into both nasal passages. There was no suctioning whatsoever going on, just full water blast into both nostrils injecting water so hard that the water went up my Eustatian Tubes (Pharyngonasal Nasal tubes, causing several things to happen. The first thing that happened is that my ear buds were blown out of my heart falling to the floor. The second thing that happened was a full onslaught of vertigo which caused me to fall to the floor and throw up. This severe reaction was about an hour. For the next 48 hours I suffered from a headache and a case of any sudden mo event would give me vertigo, though not as bad as the first event. My ability to breathing was not improved, in-fact it was much worse. I now have to go see an ENT to make sure that I haven’t permanently injured my middle and inner ear. Don’t buy this product. I tried to return it, but it isn’t allowed. So, I’m out $50+ for one of the most horrible physical reactions I’ve had other than anaphylaxis. I highly recommend NOT buying this product.

Originally, I thought this would be a really weird item, but it was desperate so I took a chance. This is so easy to use! Way better than using the traditional sinus rinse of the big box brands and really gets my sinuses clear much more quickly, and without gagging myself I wish I got this sooner

However, I did find that after wearing it for a while, it could start to feel a tad annoying. Maybe it’s just me, but it felt a little intrusive when I had it in for extended periods. Overall, I think it’s a good product with some real potential, especially for anyone looking for relief from nasal congestion. Just be ready to play around with it a bit. I’d give it three stars—not bad, but it could definitely use some fine-tuning! Would I recommend it? Sure, just keep your expectations in check.

A complete flushing system for those days I’m sick. Material is great and it works perfectly, has a good power and it’s very easy to use. Still getting used to it but it really works cleaning my nose.

I have suffered terribly from allergies. This product has saved me from so many ER visits I'm amazed. Definitely worth the purchase and it's cheaper than the brand name and works just as well.
