Good product, been using it for a few years.

I used these vitamins for about 90 days straight. I stopped for about 30 days because I went back to work at the office and I would have to go to the bathroom more because I drink a lot of water. In those 30 days I noticed that my workouts were not as intense as before, so I ordered another 60 day supply. I am 73 years young consider myself in great shape and want to maintain the muscle that I have. I think that vitamin supplements are essential. The GNC vitamins worked well in my 50's and 60's and now they are even more important.

My intention was to order a vitamin pack for an extra charge while at the gym. I actually ordered these by mistake and about 15 days in I realized my mistake. Even so, I still got the extra boost I was looking for. I daresay the boost was better than the vitamin pack I intended to get. Be sure to drink plenty of water with these.

My wife says I have bad body Oder when I take the packs. Could be the fish oil not sure.
