Great substitute in a fair price
This is an excellent sugar substitute and I’ve purchased it multiple times already. I mainly use it for keto baking, and the results are consistently great. It dissolves well, has a clean sweetness without a weird aftertaste, and works beautifully in cakes, cookies, and other low-carb recipes. I really appreciate that it’s pure allulose with no fillers or erythritol, which makes it much easier on digestion. The texture and sweetness are very close to regular powdered sugar, so it’s easy to substitute in recipes. Great quality, great value for the size, and it has become a staple in my keto kitchen. Highly recommend for anyone baking keto or low-carb!

Clean taste, no weird aftertaste — just adjust sweetness
I’ve been using Durelife Allulose Sweetener (100% pure, no erythritol) and really like it. The biggest win is the clean taste — it doesn’t have the strange aftertaste you get with Splenda or a lot of other sugar substitutes. It behaves well in recipes and drinks, but it’s important to know that allulose is less sweet than regular sugar, so you’ll need to use a bit more to reach the same sweetness level. Once you account for that, it’s very easy to work with. I appreciate that this is pure allulose with no blends or fillers. If you’re looking for a sugar substitute that actually tastes normal and doesn’t leave a chemical or cooling aftertaste, this is a solid option. Would definitely buy again.

Allulose, the best sugar substitute I know and use.
Allulose is a very good 0 calorie sweetener. It has far less aftertaste than any other sweetener I've tried, and does a good job as a sugar substitute for caramel sauce and candies. It also works well for baked goods such as cakes, but makes cookies come out kind of soft, not crispy. I depend on it for low carb diets. This one was labled as 'powdered', but was actually 'pearls'. They dissolve easily in liquids, but for frosting I had to grind them in my bullet. I also use it for sweetening the second fermentation stage of my water kefirs. I've never had any stomach issues from using it like always had with erythritol and xylitol. Articles say it does not spike blood sugar since humans don't digest it.

Reliable Sugar Substitute
This has become my go-to sugar substitute for baking and sweetening beverages. While it’s not quite as sweet as regular sugar, it’s a dependable alternative that works well in most recipes. I’ve used it in tea and coffee, and it blends beautifully without any odd aftertaste. When baking, it’s important to note that this sweetener doesn’t crisp up like sugar does. That said, it’s fantastic for creating chewy or moist desserts. Cookies, brownies, and cakes turn out wonderfully soft and flavorful. If you’re looking to get that golden, crispy texture, this might not be the best choice, but for anything else, it’s a winner. Overall, I’m really happy with the quality and versatility of this sweetener. It’s a staple in my kitchen for sugar-free baking and everyday sweetening. If you’re looking for a substitute that’s easy to use and tastes great, this is a solid option!

Wonderful!!
Perfect amazing! Just right for making this really tasty sugar free ice cream recipe!!! Here it is!! 1 cup milk 2 or 3 egg yolks. Then you get a small pot and whisk constantly on low heat for 10 minutes or until thickened (to be honest it takes me like 20 for it to really thicken) and then you pour it into a container and add one tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder and 3 tablespoons or 1/4 cup allulose and then you emergen blend and it then freeze until mostly frozen and emergen blend again or just pour the mixture after cooling into a ice cream maker. And its perfect!!!

Healthiest sweetner
This is getting harder to find in the stores. And it is healthier than any of the other artificial sweeteners and natural sweeteners. This is FDA approved and they have not found any problems that this can cause. Stevia, monk fruit and all the other healthy sweeteners will cause heart problems with continued use. Look it up and do your research. I did and they found nothing wrong with allulose.

not that good update 1
NOT VERY SWEET The makers of this product sent me a refund request. I did not use it, it may help with your gut, but sweet it's not. used table spoon full, didn't taste as sweet as 1 blue packet. I USE HONEY WITH IT for sweetness, but worth a try if you want.

A Game-Changer for Our Kitchen
As a family with a Type 1 diabetic, finding a reliable and delicious sugar alternative has been a constant journey. We've tried countless products, but nothing has quite measured up to allulose. It's truly become our go-to sweetener, and honestly, I don't miss regular sugar at all. The taste is what sets it apart. Unlike other sweeteners that can leave a strange, lingering aftertaste or a chemical-like coolness, allulose has a clean sweetness that tastes remarkably similar to sugar. It bakes and dissolves beautifully, which makes it perfect for everything from our morning coffee to our favorite baking recipes. My son, who has Type 1 diabetes, absolutely loves it. He has a passion for making homemade jelly, a simple joy that felt out of reach for a while due to the high sugar content. With allulose, he can now create his favorite jellies without any worry about blood sugar spikes. It's been so wonderful to watch him enjoy this hobby again. I'm also incredibly grateful for how accessible and affordable allulose has become. Finding a less expensive option on platforms like Amazon has been a huge blessing. It allows us to keep our pantry stocked with a sugar alternative that works for our entire family without a significant financial burden. Allulose has truly made a sweet difference in our lives.
