Great. Poster isn’t a poster though
Great dumbbells. The poster is more a leaflet though, but handy.

Sturdy
These Dumbells actually feel heavier which is a good thing for my cardio and floor work! I'm glad I didn't get the heavier ones! The coating is good for grip, never bought the hexagon shape before but wish I had sooner as they enable you to do press ups without them rolling, love the colour too 👍

Overall a good price but a few flaws
So the poster persuaded me to go with these over the other sets as I liked the guide, and I also liked the colour of the weights which I am happy to spend more on. However the poster is 99% good, there is one exercise listed a a 'goblet squat' which is absolutely not a goblet squat so this needs altering. I am a fitness instructor and all my kit matches pinks and purples, these weights are very much more a very pale grey with a hint of lilac, so not as impressive as I had hoped. There are also a few blemishes on the rubber which is disappointing but its not major and hopefully the rubber coating will remain on them for a long time. I have encouraged other participates in my class to buy this set due to the weight and poster for when they're not at classes. It is however only slightly larger than A4.
