I purchased both the 2.5-gallon and 5-gallon Cambros, and they did not disappoint! I used them for an event and had Starbucks fill them with regular and decaf coffee—everything went perfectly. The coffee stayed hot for several hours, and the Cambros were sturdy and reliable. They’re a great investment for any event!

PERFECT FOR 24-HR HOT/COLD USE. I MAKE COFFEE IN AN INDUSTRIAL MAKER AND POUR (WHEN READY) INTO THE UNIT AND TAKE IT WITH ME TO THE FARM STAD FOR A SELF-SERVE COFFEE WHILST SELLING MY CHICKEN AND QUAIL EGGS. IT'S PERFECT. ALSO GREAT FOR BEING FILLED WITH ICE AND GATORADE FOR KID'S SOCCER GAMES ETC. IF I WERE TO IMPROVE UPON IT, I WOULD RE-ENGINEER THE TOP SO THAT ON ONE HALF OF IT CAN SCREW OFF A CIRCULAR 3-4 INCH PORT: THIS ALLOWS FOR THE TOP TO REMAIN LOCKED IN PLACE WHILST POURING THE HOT LIQUID THROUGH THE NEW MODIFIED PORT THEREBY TRAPPING IN MORE HEAT AS YOU POUR. (HOPE THAT MAKES SENSE).
