Great desk that looks nice
This desk was the perfect size. I think it looks really nice (color and layout) and my husband said it was not hard to put together. I really wanted a desk with drawers and a place to put our printer so the bottom shelf works perfectly. I think the value was good and I also waited for a sale. The drawers are fabric but that does not bother me. They are a bit narrow but I'm making it work! I feel like this desk keeps me organized.

Great desk
Needed a desk to work on and this one is great. Very sturdy and easy to put together. The desk is designed with getting to what you need with ease and the spacing and height is great.

Easy to put together.
If you're looking for something simple and lightweight that's easy to move around for basic desk functions... this might be a good option for you. I purchased this desk just in case I end up having to work from home in the future; therefore, I don't plan on having a lot of stuff on it or in the drawers except for basic needs. And this is important, because these are not wooden drawers. It's not even technically a wooden desk. Anything that is wood is manufactured wood... The top is pretty sturdy, though. The frame is metal. But, one thing I really thought was annoying with this desk is that they could have at least put wood paneling on the side of the drawer "cabinet" that shows. It looks absolutely ridiculous that it's just black fabric sticking out. It's that kind of fabric that they make those shoe holder hanger things out of that you hang up in your closet. I ended up having to change where I'm going to put the desk so that that wouldn't show, because it makes it look really cheap. And, to be honest, I'm not sure that this desk is worth what I paid for it. It was really easy to put together. I did it myself even with a bad spine (I probably need surgery again). I think the most difficult part was when I was putting the shelves on the frame. I think one reason I was able to do it is just because I've had a lot of experience putting furniture together. If you're not good with balancing awkward things while trying to also put screws in? You might want to make sure you have a helper. Even a child would be a help so that they could hold something still while you screw it in. When it came time to put the top of the desk on? I did not follow the instructions to flip it over. I was not about to try to flip that desk back over with the top on it with my bad back. So I just put the table top portion of the desk right on top and then screwed from underneath. It was easy to do. So you can absolutely do that when you get to that part. I'm not sure why there's a gap between the top drawer and the table top support bar? I don't know if I switch the drawers around if that'll fix it? But it didn't look like they were different sizes so I don't see how that would fix the problem, so it may be another flaw in the design. One good thing I will say about this is that putting it together: all the pieces matched up. Like, there was no struggling to make pieces connect because they weren't designed to line up properly or had manufactured defects. That made it so easy to put everything together. Also, when you're laying down those two longest metal bars? I can't remember if they were number 10 piece or not ... Be very cautious of which one you put on which side because I ended up putting them on the wrong sides and so I could not do the support bars you're supposed to put on the back. So you want to make sure the bar that has the holes goes on the back side with the hole sticking out towards you. I may be able to fix that with something as simple as just rotating the bars that the drawers slide into so that the drawers will slide in from the other side. Then I could put those bars on the back. The only thing that's got me pausing on that is that if I have to do that, then that means the shelves and cabinet drawers are going to be on opposite sides. And I didn't want it that way. but I might still do it to have peace of mind that those support bars are on there. I'm not too worried about it because, again it's not going to be holding a lot of weight or products in the drawers or on the table top. Hope this review helps you make a decision and know what you might be in for if you do decide to purchase. At the end of the day it still looks decent. After putting it together I left my room where I put the desk for quite a while and when I came back and looked at it it didn't look bad. Like I didn't look at it and go, "man, that looks so stupid..." 😂 And even all that fake wood on the drawers doesn't look bad either. You wouldn't know that it wasn't even wood if you hadn't put it together or got really, really close. And, since I don't entertain people in my bedroom... that's not a risk LOL. If anything comes up that changes this review I will try to remember and come back to update.

Great affordable desk.
Great desk. The desk is sturdy and has a very nice top to it. It is not deep, but that is obvious in the dimensions. The 3 draws across the top are perfect along with the 3 on the side. Since they are fabric and not supported in the middle I wouldn't put anything too heavy in it to be sure it doesnt break. The shelves on the side are perfect and they are adjustable. All around great cheap desk. Using it as a temporary work space for a year while I live in a smaller home.

Attractive, and easy.
I’d like to preface this by saying that I am NOT good at building furniture. That being said, this was insanely easy. The directions were simple and easy to follow along with. It even tells you where in the directions to skip to, depending on which side you want the shelves vs. drawers on. (I didn’t even know that you could decide when I bought it.) All of the tools were included—even a full screwdriver, not just the little Allen key with a Phillips head. Though, it did come with a standard Allen key too. It’s easy to see which tool you need for which screw. Everything is clearly labeled. The desk pieces, the screws, the tools. It took me about an hour to put together. Which, for me, is making great time. It’s well-packaged, and very sturdy once assembled. It doesn’t take up a crazy amount of space and fits well in multiple areas of the room. I’d highly recommend this piece of furniture if you’re looking for something lightweight, but sturdy. Also, if you’re like me and are shopping for multiple pieces with this design—it matches well.

Nice!
First off, the package arrived undamaged and the contents were beautifully packed and protected. Lots of styrofoam and the corners of the table top had plastic protective covers. Putting it together, everything fit perfectly and the screw holes all lined up. You do need to pay close attention to the drawings because the pieces may look alike but they can be slightly different. Look for the numbers on each piece and make sure they match what the directions are telling you where that piece should go. Oh, and don't be too brutish on tightening the screws, just cinch them up tight-ish or you'll strip them. (You'll only strip one before you get to know how much is too much!!) I was surprised to see it comes with a magnetized screwdriver. This unit has a couple of bracing rods across the back for added stability, which I thought was a nice safety touch. The drawers are not solid wood as others have mentioned, but they work just fine if you don't intend putting heavy items in them. The frame is an external skeleton so this is not going to look like a high-end desk, nor was it designed to be so. But it is a very sturdy, low cost and very functional desk perfect for a hobby room or similar. We bought the 54" white version (verses the 47" option), and my wife is delighted with it.
