Folding Flip Key Fob Shell Case fit for Chevy Cruze Malibu Camaro Equinox Sonic

Worked for 2010 Camaro.

Fits my 2012 Chevy Cruz and works great. I had switch the key part. I have 1 issue. The screw didn't come with package.

It worked out for me with a little patience and more importantly the new cover. My 2010 Camaro fob basically disintegrated and I needed a replacement. My chipboard was still good so I swapped it over to this shell. There’s a good YouTube video where the guy explains how to do it thoroughly. If this is your situation have a set of very small screwdrivers and about 15-30 minutes of patient tinkering. I also used the same key blade from my original to avoid the dealership charging me for a cut and program. Good luck!

This fob housing does not fit my 2015 Chevy malibu key despite the seller and amazon claiming it should. I couldn’t get the key to line up properly with the push buttons slots. This rendered my old fob completely useless as i had to destroy it to get the components out and also the new fob completely useless as well as it wouldn’t close properly.

If your buying this to swap your oem parts into... it will half way work. Chip fits fine, but the oem key will not. Just put your chip in it and go have the key cut. Save yourself the time, its not worth modifying the plastic to make your cut key fit. Other than that its a good buy!
