I hooked this scope up to my S&W 629 for deer hunting. It has taken a pounding from my 44 mag with hot loads. It has not lost zero. It has a beautiful finish that holds up very well with normal use. This scope has out lasted me. I can't take the pounding of the 44 anymore. Coupled with Jack Weigand Mounts you have a winner

You can't ask for any better quality than this
You can't ask for any better quality than this. Just keep in mind the high power setting are really only useful if you rest the handgun on something steady and you are shooting a long distance. Otherwise the reticle will shake too much from the tiny movements your hands make as you start squeezing that trigger...

Does not let down.
This fit on a Smith and Wesson 500 and made it look even scarier. There is enough length in the scope sections to allow you to adjust for adequate eye relief to suit each shooter. And of course, the abilities of the scope are fantastic.
