This will be the second book. First one Most of the pages were extremely difficult to read, as the ink appears very faint and poorly printed. Hopefully the second one will be better.

This book is deliberately misleading. This book is not endorsed by or associated with Barbara O'Neil. Although it states that she is the editor. This does not appear to be the case. There is a disclaimer in the book. Also, the typography is much too large for the format, which is also too large. It is not worth the price as the information could not be authenticated as inspired by Barbara O'Neil. There are also no scientific references. I would not recommend buying this book.
