Love this bag, I used it as my airplane bag for my recent trip to Italy and loved it. It has so many pockets and easy to organize. Only thing I would change/add is a strap to hook to luggage so it stays on.

Cheap and falls apart
My kid started school at the end of July and this backpack had the zipper come apart on the front pocket, and then the arm strap ripped apart the next day. The stitching came out, and she's been using this bag less than a month.
